By placing an order through Auto Seat Zone, you agree to the terms outlined below. These policies are designed to provide clarity, manage expectations, and ensure a smooth customer experience.

All orders are subject to availability. While we work to keep our inventory accurate, discrepancies can occur.

If an item is unavailable:

We will ship the available portion of your order.

You will be contacted to choose between waiting for the item to be restocked or receiving a refund for the unavailable portion.

2. Production & Shipping Types
Auto Seat Zone seat covers are made to order. Production time varies based on the shipping type selected at checkout:

Note: Production begins after we receive clear photos of your vehicle's seats. Email photos to info@autoseatzone.com with your order number.
3. Shipping Costs

Shipping charges are calculated at checkout based on weight, size, and destination.

All shipping costs are displayed and paid at the time of purchase.

The amount shown at checkout is final.
4. Returns
4.1 Returns Due to Damage or Fit Issues
We accept returns under the following conditions:

Return request submitted within 30 days of delivery

Clear photos of the issue are provided

Items are unused, in original packaging, and sellable condition

Return shipping is the customer’s responsibility (we do not provide prepaid labels)
Refunds are processed within 10 business days of receiving the returned item.
Shipping charges are non-refundable.
4.2 Warranty Returns

Warranty claims are accepted within 90 days of delivery.

Customers cover the return shipping cost.

After inspection, you may choose:

A refund to your original payment method

A store credit

A replacement (subject to availability)

5. Delivery Times
Delivery estimates begin after production is complete.
5.1 Domestic Shipping

5–10 days transit time (after production)
5.2 International Shipping

7–14 days transit time (after production)
6. Address & Delivery Issues
6.1 Address Changes

You may update your delivery address anytime before dispatch.
6.2 P.O. Boxes

We ship to P.O. boxes using standard postal services only.
6.3 Military Addresses

We ship to APO/FPO addresses via USPS. Courier services are not available.
6.4 Delayed Deliveries

If your package is significantly delayed, please contact us and we’ll investigate with the carrier.
7. Tracking & Notifications

You’ll receive a tracking link via email once your order ships.
8. Damaged or Lost Packages

If your parcel arrives damaged:

Refuse it if possible

8.2 Lost Parcels

Lost parcels will be replaced or refunded once confirmed by the courier’s investigation.
9. Duties & Taxes

International customers are responsible for any applicable import duties or taxes.

Your country’s customs authority charges these fees and is not included in our prices.
If a package is refused due to import fees, the shipping charges and return fees will be deducted from the refund.
10. Order Cancellations

You may cancel your order within 24 hours for a full refund.

After 24 hours, your order enters production and cannot be canceled.
11. Insurance
All shipments are insured for loss or damage based on the declared courier value.
