Shipping & Returns

Below are some common questions about shipping.

How long does production take?

As all our seat covers are meticulously handcrafted after we receive your order. The production of your seat covers starts after we have received the requested pictures and details. Generally, production takes 3-6 weeks depending on the shipping method you select at checkout.

Why is my tracking number not updating?

We use a shipping forwarder to transport packages from our production facility to our customers. There’s a brief transit period between when the item is handed over to the forwarder and when the carrier (FedEx / UPS / DHL) receives it for final delivery. During this period, the tracking number may not display any updates, and may state ‘carrier doesn’t have possession of the parcel yet’

What if my order is delayed?

There may be a short delay in tracking updates while the package is in transit with the forwarder. This is normal and does not indicate any issues with your order.

Do you offer free shipping?

Our seat covers are made from various finest quality materials. These materials include nappa leather, neoprene, and suede handpicked for its durability and elegance. 

How to track my order?

You will receive an email from us after you have placed the order. You’ll get confirmation in your email when you purchase and we’ll let you know when your order is on the move.

How do I care for my Auto Seat Zone seat covers?

Caring for your seat cover is easy. Simply wipe it down with a damp cloth as needed. Avoid using harsh chemicals that could damage the leather.

How do I install my Auto Seat Zone seat covers?

Our seat covers are designed for easy installation. You’ll find detailed installation guide with your order. If you have any difficulties, our customer service team is ready to assist you.

What are my payment options?

We accept all the popular payment methods such as Visa, MasterCard, Discover, American Express, Apple Pay and Google Pay.

Do the seat cover come with a cover for integrated arm rests?

Refund & Exchange

Below are some common questions about returns and exchanges.

How long does it take to get the Refund?

Once we receive your return, please allow us 10 business days for your refund to process. Refund amount will be automatically returned to the same form of payment originally used for purchase.

What if I’m not satisfied with my order?

At Auto Seat Zone, customer satisfaction is our top priority. If you’re not completely satisfied with your order, please contact our customer service team at support@autoseatzone.com, and we’ll do our best to resolve the issue.

What is your Refund & Exchange Policy?

You can ask for a refund within 30 days of your purchase, subject to our return policy. Returned items must be in the exact same condition as they were received.
