Made to order, not pulled off a shelf.

Every set starts as a seat pattern for one vehicle and a roll of material in the colours you chose. It is cut, stitched and finished for your seats, checked, then packed and sent to you.

Will the covers work with my seat airbags?

Yes. Our covers are designed to work with seat airbag systems, and we check the fitment details for your vehicle before production.

Can I change the colours or stitching of a design?

Yes. In step 3 choose “Customise colours” and pick your main colour, insert colour and stitching from our 20-colour card. Stitching can match your main colour. Custom colours cost nothing extra.

How long does it take?

Production starts once we have clear photos of your seats and have confirmed your order details. Standard production takes 5 to 9 weeks and priority production 3 to 6 weeks. Domestic delivery then takes 5 to 10 days, and international delivery 7 to 14 days.

My vehicle is not in the list. What should I do?

Choose “Can’t find your vehicle?” in the vehicle step and enter your details. Our team will confirm the correct pattern before your set goes into production.

Is installation difficult?

No. The covers slip over your original seats and fasten securely. No tools or professional installation are needed.

What if something does not fit?

Contact us within 30 days of delivery about manufacturing defects or verified fitment issues. Replacement or remake is our main resolution. Every set also has a 2-year durability guarantee covering stitching, cracking or peeling and fading.

Can I cancel my order?

Orders can be cancelled within 24 hours for a full refund. After that the order enters production and cannot be cancelled.
